Returns + Exchanges
The Reed accepts returns and exchanges on items (except items which are final sale) that are in their original condition (unworn, unwashed and with all tags attached) for store credit. All items purchased from The Vintage Collection are final sale.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items, items purchased using a promotional code, or any vintage items.
Please email email@example.com within 7 days of receiving your order if you'd like to make a return for store credit. If you'd like to exchange for another size please let us know what size and/or color you'd like to exchange for and we will respond quickly after checking current inventory.
If you decide to return an item(s) to The Reed from the U.S. on an order over $75, we will provide you with a return label for USPS. If it is an International return, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to The Reed.
If you would not like to use or are not eligible for a pre-paid USPS label, please mail your return with the original receipt to the following mailing address:

Upon acceptance of the merchandise for return, we will process your store credit by issuing you a discount code for future purchases.
Upon acceptance of merchandise for exchange, the new item will be shipped upon availability.
We reserve the right to reject any returns/exchanges that do not comply with the conditions stated above. If your package is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund will not be granted.
